1.⁠ ⁠The present Terms and Conditions are a contract between Hydro-steam carpet cleaning and customer. Placing an order through website forms, email, facebook, WhatsApp or telephone and the use of our services constitutes an acceptance of the agreement.

 2.⁠ ⁠Customer needs to provide access to their property, if it’s a flat they must ensure we can park close enough and allow our van to park near the entrance, the customer must allow drive way access or parking must be available directly outside the property on a road. The customer must allow access to running water and electricity. Any parking fees needs to be paid by Customer or will be added to a total price. If we cannot access the property and we arrive we may change in full or a call out fee.

 3.⁠ ⁠Please be aware, that time of appointment is just approximate, we could be up to 1 hour earlier or 1 hour later. All appointments are a 3 hour window with agreed time being an approximate.

 4.⁠ ⁠No jobs will be booked without required details ( full name, address and a contact number ).

 5.⁠ ⁠We automatically contact customers via automated text at time of confirmation, 1 day before and 1 hour before to confirm a booking. If there’s no reply to these texts with the word ‘Yes’ we may assume, that booking has been cancelled.

 6.⁠ ⁠We provide only carpet and upholstery cleaning, it doesn’t include furniture removal or personal belongings, however we’re happy to help you with lightweight furnitures. All valuable, fragile and breakable items needs to be removed before our arrival. Certain items are excluded from liability ( for example: antiques, artwork, items of sentimental value, jewelry, and cash) surcharges may apply if we have to move from room to room as this significantly extends the time it takes to complete the work.

 7.⁠ ⁠We currently do not charge for a cancellation, however it needs to be done at least 24 hours before the agreed time of booking.

 8.⁠ ⁠All prices given are based on average sizes of a standard 3 bedroom semi detached house however they could be changed if job description given was’t accurate ( sizes bigger than given for example). Customers are allowed to refuse to pay new price and resign at any time before job is started.

 9.⁠ ⁠All cleaning products and equipment used by Hydro-Steam Carpet cleaning are carpet/upholstery cleaning products only.

10.⁠ ⁠Payments for cleaning services must be made by card, cash, bank transfer on completion or legal action will be taken plus costs accrued. Alternative payment options needs to be agreed in advance.

11.⁠ ⁠You must supply ample parking on a drive way or directly outside your property to allow us to access our van directly outside. Parking away from your property is not an option and if parking isn’t available you may still be charged in full.

12.⁠ ⁠In some cases Hydro-Steam carpet cleaning will accept invoice work however it has to be agreed in advance and payment date agreed.

13.⁠ ⁠Customers agree that due to the nature of Hydro-Steam Carpet Cleaning services provided we do not guarantee all marks and stains can be removed although we do use leading industry products it’s simply sometimes impossible to remove some marks and it also depends on the level of job you have paid for. Our standard steam cleaning service is not recommended for stain removal. Our premium service is and you can also purchase our advanced stain removal service.

14.⁠ ⁠Should clients refuse any future services to correct problems / dissatisfaction we accept no responsibility towards further problems caused by refusal of treatments & reserve the right to cancel any refunds or compensation.

15.If Customer or third party instructed by customer is not present to inspect results of cleaning, then no claims regarding any cleaning issues can be made.

16.⁠ ⁠We insure all work undertaken, insurance covers damages done by Hydro-Steam Carpet Cleaning. However – we cannot be held responsible for existing damages.

17.⁠ ⁠By ordering and accepting an appointment Customer accepts Terms & Conditions above.
